What is EMF?
All modern electronic devices like laptops, tablets, computers, and cell phones emit Electromagnetic frequency (EMF) radiation. There is extensive amount of evidence showing that radiation emissions from our everyday electronic devices have negative biological effects on humans, animals and plants.
Electromagnetic radiation harmful sources
Because of the overwhelming amount of modern technology that we use in our everyday lives, we are called the radiation nation!
Our lives are overwhelmed by the electronic tools. From the very morning, the alarm clock, to cell phones, laptops, computers, smart phones, TVs, tablets, radios, electric outlets, all electric tools in the kitchen and bathrooms. And these are just the everyday technology tools, we should also add high tech equipment at the medical centers and hospitals used for testing.
Even if one would like to completely disconnect themselves from the EMF and not use any technology run by electricity, it is not really possible while living in the city. There are Wifi and wifi hot spots, and 5G towers!
How EMF affect our health?
Research has linked EMF radiation exposure to everything from minor pains, such as headaches, problems with digestion system, to very serious concerns, such as infertility and cancer. Thousands of laboratory studies have found biological effects from exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMF) emitted from cell phones, laptops and computers. The effects include development of stress proteins, micronuclei, free radicals, DNA breakage, and sperm damage. Even a brief exposure to cell phone radiation, especially 5G alters brain activity and can open blood-brain barrier, which could enable chemical toxins in the circulatory system to penetrate the brain. - Daniel Debaun
New research is suggesting that nearly all the human plagues which emerged in the 20th century, like common acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children, female breast cancer, malignant melanoma and asthma, can be tied to some facet of our use of electricity. There is an urgent need for governments and individuals o take steps to minimize community and personal EMF exposures. - Dr. Samuel Milham, medical epidemiologist specializing in the health effects of EMF radiation.
So what should we do?
I am not suggesting that we all drop using the technology, I still use my cell phone and computer almost everyday. But I strongly urge you to take action. Evaluate how much time you use electronics daily, use protective tools, such as Shungite products and be proactive, take brakes, meditate, and go for a walk, nature is the best healer.
